1. About OOE

OOE is a travel agency registered in Karachi, Pakistan, operating under DTS Licence No. 5568 (SMC-PVT. LTD), and IATA-certified.

2. The booking request form is not a booking

The form on our website allows you to send us a booking request. Submitting the form does not confirm or complete any booking. No flights, hotels, or other services are reserved at the moment of submission.

After we receive your request, one of our travel agents will contact you, usually within 24 hours during business days, with options. Bookings are only confirmed after:

1. You review and accept the proposed itinerary and price
2. Payment is made through whatever method we agree on
3. We send you a confirmation

3. Pricing

Any prices we provide are valid only at the time we provide them and are subject to availability. Fares, hotel rates, and other travel costs change frequently — sometimes by the minute. We do our best to honour quoted prices, but if a supplier changes their price before booking is confirmed, the updated price applies.

4. Response times

We aim to respond to all booking requests within 24 hours during our business hours (Pakistan Standard Time, Monday to Saturday). Requests received on Sundays or public holidays will be responded to on the next working day.

We're not liable for delays in response caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, public holidays, and force majeure events.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies depend on the specific airline, hotel, or supplier involved in your booking. We'll explain the applicable policies clearly before you confirm.

6. Liability

OOE acts as an intermediary between travellers and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, or failures by suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
• Loss or damage to baggage handled by carriers
• Personal injury or illness during travel
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fees you have paid us directly.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all journeys.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting requests and making bookings
• Hold valid travel documents (passport, visas) as required for your trip
• Comply with airline, immigration, and destination-country requirements
• Inform us of any special needs, medical conditions, or dietary requirements at the time of booking

8. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit fraudulent or spam booking requests
• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the OOE logo, is owned by Out on Excursion or used with permission. You may not reuse it without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
