Out on Excursion ("OOE", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

OOE is a travel agency registered in Karachi, Pakistan, operating under DTS Licence No. 5568 (SMC-PVT. LTD).

2. What we collect

When you fill out a booking request form or contact form on our website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Travel details you provide (destinations, dates, traveller counts, class, notes)
  • Any other information you choose to include

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment, if and when it happens, is handled separately by our agents directly with you.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. This service does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It tells us things like page views, country of origin, and device type — nothing more.

3. How your data reaches us

Form submissions are sent through a third-party service called Web3Forms, which receives the form data and emails it to us. Web3Forms operates servers in the United States. Your data passes through these servers briefly in transit. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.

Once the email reaches our inbox, Web3Forms does not retain a copy.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to your booking request or enquiry
  • To arrange, plan, and confirm any travel you book with us
  • To follow up on past bookings or send relevant occasional communications, if appropriate

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share necessary information with third parties strictly for the purpose of arranging your travel — for example, an airline or hotel where you've asked us to make a booking.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain submitted booking requests and contact-form data for up to 24 months after the last interaction, after which we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so within a reasonable time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Withdraw consent for us to process your data

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. The site is served over HTTPS, our email inboxes are access-controlled, and we limit data sharing strictly to what's needed for the service.

No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your information with care.

8. Children

This website is not aimed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact info@ooe.com.pk and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
