Who we are

Out on Excursion is a Karachi-based travel agency planning trips for Pakistanis at home and abroad. Our agents are IATA-certified, we're part of a family of travel businesses with decades of industry experience, and most of our work comes through referrals. A young, responsive team backed by long-standing industry relationships — that's the combination we're built on.

What sets us apart

Two specialisations set us apart, both rooted in our sister company, Wardah International Services:

1. Iraq & religious pilgrimage — Wardah holds the Iraqi Airways GSA for Pakistan. Through our association with it, we have direct access and specialised expertise for travel to Iraq: pilgrimage trips for Ashura, Arbaeen, and year-round visits to Karbala and Najaf, planned with the care these journeys deserve.
2. United Arab Emirates — Wardah is also the official Pakistan representative of Airlink UAE, which gives us a real edge for UAE travel, from short Dubai trips to extended business travel across the Emirates.

Beyond these, we plan worldwide — Europe, the UK, the Americas, East Asia, South Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

How we work

We're not a booking engine or an algorithm chasing the cheapest fare. We're agents. That means:

1. You tell us what you need in plain language — including the things a search box can't capture, like family dynamics, special requirements, schedule flexibility, and budget priorities.
2. We come back with real options and the context behind them — why this flight, why this hotel, what the trade-offs are.
3. We handle the booking, the changes, and the small problems travel inevitably brings.

We charge what's fair, we're upfront about pricing, and there are no hidden fees.
