About Out on Excursion

Who we are

Out on Excursion is a Karachi-based travel agency. We plan trips for Pakistanis living in Pakistan and abroad — and increasingly, for travellers across the region. Our agents are IATA-certified, we're part of a family of travel businesses with decades of industry experience, and most of our work comes through referrals from people we've travelled before.

We're a young, energetic team — but we're built on a foundation of long industry relationships. That combination is the point: fast, responsive service backed by the kind of access and expertise that takes a long time to build.

What sets us apart

Two things in particular shape what we plan best — both rooted in our family of businesses.

We're part of the same group as Wardah International Services, a sister company with deep, specialised relationships in the travel industry.

First: Wardah holds the Iraqi Airways GSA for Pakistan — meaning it is the General Sales Agent for Iraqi Airways in this country. Through our association with Wardah, we have direct access and specialised expertise for travel to Iraq. We plan pilgrimage trips for Ashura, Arbaeen, and year-round visits to Karbala and Najaf with the seriousness and care these journeys deserve.

Second: Wardah is also the official Pakistan representative of Airlink UAE. That association gives us a real edge for UAE travel — direct expertise and strong access, whether that's a short Dubai trip, an Abu Dhabi business visit, or extended travel through the Emirates.

Beyond those specialisations, we plan worldwide. Europe, the UK, the Americas, East Asia, South Asia, Australia, New Zealand — wherever you want to go.

How we work

We're not a booking engine. We're not an algorithm that returns the cheapest flight at any cost. We're agents. That means:

• You tell us what you need, in plain language, including the things a search box can't capture — family dynamics, special requirements, schedule flexibility, budget priorities.
• We come back with real options, with context — why this flight, why this hotel, what the trade-offs are.
• We handle the booking, the changes, the small problems that travel inevitably brings.

We charge what's fair, we're upfront about pricing, and we don't add hidden fees.
